    Just did mine the other day. You dont even need to remove the glove box. There are three 5.5mm or 6mm screws to remove and one plug to take care of. Took me all of 10 minutes.

    Factory Monster Truck Package with reverse gear.
    hit it with a wrench...that's what I did with my 05 and after that I took it apart and cleaned it with MAF cleaner and worked till I totaled it :/
