My Old Man Emu leaf springs are very very squeaky. I live in the desert and as soon as sand/dust touches them they squeak. BAD. Definitely the bushings. Has anyone had any success replacing these? If so, what did you use? Thanks.

I have had success in just taking the bushings apart from the packs, cleaning them, re-lubing them and putting it all back together. You can also get some dobinson greasable bolts and there are some plastic liners that can go in-between the leafs to help with noise as well.

My RXT's squeak a couple times a year, I power wash them real well and fluid film my leaf packs and bushings down. Apply some extra grease to the pads attached to the ends of the leafs.

But fluid film might be less effective for someone that is in a sandy environment, it might attract the sand in your case.
