    I'm looking for the same thing, same problem, caps are in bad shape. Both links look like they are solid metal to me, but your guess is as good as mint.

    I asked the seller about the black ones and he sais they are full steel so I ordered them. They will look good on my black dip rim lol I would have like to have the chrome one but they are longer and don't know if it would looks good on stock toyota rims. I like long lug on "taper" style

    Was like 5$ a piece :eek:

    but for 4 it does make sens. too bad for me my lug are already on their way to my porch...

    I actually paid > $100 for a set of McGard lugnuts and locks once. :anonymous: Lugnuts are rather critcal for safety, though, so I don't mind spending good money on them.

    Yeah but wasn't very sure about the hex head. The whole nut can be forged steel with the crappy cap on top and I don't think the seller would say it in the description that you will mess the half of your nut trying to loosen them off lol

    I've already contactes the seller directly to ask him and confirmed they are full steel so I bought a set before the 100$ one were posted here.

    Finally received my nuts, bought from the first link. They are full steel, no cheap caps on it. Feels solid. Glad to have ordered them.

    Of course! I will only put them on in march with the summer tire set. still have to take out the nut that is stuck in my 21mm socket tho...
