Replacing 100A and 140A Fuses

    As you can see, the 100 and 140A fuses are not blown, but broken off from the previous owner trying to replace them. Although they're not blown, I'm still replacing them, but I can't get the fuses out because of the bolts blocking them:

    I can't get a socket wrench in there because of the fuse block in the way pictured below. There's four tabs on it, but I can't get it off no matter what I do. Any ideas?

    Yeah, I cut the small piece of plastic in front of the bolts and used a small crescent wrench to get them undone.
