I recently got a 2004 2.7L 4x4 5SPDMT Tacoma with 179K and was compiling a list of parts to replace soon.

    (2) Front Sway Bar Links
    (2) Front Lower Ball Joints
    (2) Front Outer Tie Rods
    (2) Front Upper Ball Joints
    (2) Front Inner Tie Rods
    (2) Front CV Axle Assemblies
    (2) Front Wheel Hubs
    (2) Front Wheel Bearings
    (4) Front Wheel Seals

Is there anything else I should purchase while I'm at it?

Brakes are good and I was planning on getting the harder to reach fluids inspected soon. Thanks!

Upper and lower control arm bushings, or the upper and lower control arm assemblies with bushings. Steering rack bushings.

I had original shocks at 265k. 3 months ago I installed new shocks (4600's) on all 4 corners and it was good money spent. If I drop any bucks I wanna see results, and I will say I did see great results and it was way worth it.

Welcome to TW. Personally I wouldn't do inners, if it needs inners I would just replace the rack. For the next question see attached. :-D Not everything on your list is in there but will give you a good idea of price comparison.

The only thing on that list I would do without symptoms of a problem would be lower ball joints. Unless you are having issues there is no point to replace those parts, especially the front bearings, cv axles and inner tie rods. For example, the common wisdom is that Toyota CV axles are superior to off brand. So if you were thinking of using off brand axles, you’d likely just be downgrading for no reason.

    That’s a good lookin truck.

Get the good LBJ bolts, the black ones with the washers (90119-10933). And make sure to use the correct torque spec for those, 37ft lbs iirc.

And I’d do all the fluids for sure. If you’re so inclined, grab Lexus front diff drain (90341-24016) and fill (90341-18060) plugs to replace the easily strippable socket heads with hex heads
