Replacing VVT filters - advice?

2016 Gray Tacoma TRD Offroad

SSO hybrid bumper, Warn winch, RCI skid trilogy, RRW sliders, everything in the cheap/free mods thread, and of course the frame recall work.

My 2016 is at 100,000 miles. Going to do plugs and figured now was a good time to replace the VVT filters since I was doing that much work already. Anyone done it? Got video or written instructions?

Thanks; interesting overview of how the engine works, but I was looking for someone that replaced their filters. All I find on the forum is from 2nd gen systems replacing the filter, but pretty sure I don't have enough in common with that engine to use the advice found there.
