resail value of aestetic repairs

I am thinking of selling my 02 tacoma. Love it but need a car for long trips. The truck is still in very good shape except the two rear rims are peeling and dont look clean. The front ones are like new. Do you think it is worth the cost of replacing all of them (so the paint matches) if I am going to sell? Or do you think I would clear more profit just selling as is?

Also, what do you think is a good selling price:

-2002 extended cab
-trd/4x4
-v6/3.4L
-150,000 kilometers (90,000 miles approx.)
-in nice clean shape

I looked it up on kelly blue book (kbb.com) and thats what i got... are you asking american dollars because I don't know the exchange rate. I suggest seeing how much they are going, and with the rims you might wanna paint them so it stands out and fixes the peeling issue.
