Hey everyone. I've done some searching and haven't really found anything to help me. I have an 06. Bought within the pat month. The airbag light is on on the gauge cluster. I have a body armor front bumper and am wondering if I can disable the light? The tpms light also stays on due to aftermarket wheels. Would like to disable it also. Any help would be appreciated

For the airbag problem they could have disconnected or removed the crash sensors up front when they installed the bumper...

That's what I figured with the airbag light. That when the bumper was replaced they did away with some sensors. Wanted to know if I could do anything about it? And I can't do the pressurized canister with sensors. Don't have any sensors. All this was put on before I bought the truck

Replace the sensors and get the SRS system reset.

On my 06, there was a recall on the airbag system as wires in the steering column wore and the light came on, took it to the dealer and they fixed it a couple of months ago gratis.

Alright. I'll have to look into that. Thanks
