Rear leaf and steering column chatter tsb blower mtr replaced(waste of time) 2nd blw. mtr.; new headlights from DRL melt issue new water pump9 leaking0around block) pwr steering rack leaks, right frt. wheel bearing bad.
Most new vehicles have the ability to sense a signal from a sensor that has been replaced without a trip to the stealer, even my sons cheap Kia since a tire shop recently broke one and replaced for free as they should have, and no problems, reset it self in a few miles. The Toyota design people made sure you had to pay a price when you replace one.

Let me ask you this....i only have 7500 miles on my truck. Can the dealer void my warranty if i bring my truck in to reprogram my sensors and they see oversize tires and suspension modifications??

I've got snow tires and wheels inbound from Discount Tire. They told me they have the equipment to reprogram the truck for a new set of sensors. Since these have been on Toyotas since '06 and they sell tires all day long and that's all they do, I presume they know what they're talking about. (Time will tell. ;) ) They will also reprogram (if necessary) every time I swap tires for no charge. For that matter, I think they will swap tires and rebalance if I ask at no charge. It would surprise me if other tire/wheel shops didn't have the same capability.
