Update, went in for my 20k full service, actual mileage is 14000, but I’m at the 2 year period. I have only 4000 miles after they resurfaced my rotors during the 10k service. I reported that I still have vibrations and pulsating when I apply the brakes from around 60mph. They confirmed and this time they replaced both rotors and pads under warranty.

Hopefully this will be the end of that.
