I think you can buy all the parts(camera, handle, mirror, etc) from a 2010 and just install them in your 07, but a lot of members have done this so I'll let them chime in.;)

Yea, it can be done, factory or third party, I bought a handle from Toyota for $68 and camera from ebay $30 and ran to head unit. The pop and lock PL5300 works to and you get a lock that way.

I take it that you knocked the lock out and replaced with camera?
What specs do you have for the camera - got a diameter?
    thanks!

A few mods here and there and counting....
I have an 06 and purchased a oem 2010 handle for 35 dollars, ebay back up camera for 20 dollars and wired it up to my pioneer z2 nav deck. Works great at a fraction of an oem setup and looks oem.

No the lock was on one side and camera knock out on the other, worked good but when with PL8300 the electric one and sold that one.
