Make sure the lower tab next to the grill is lining up. It slides into place.

I used some L-stock and made brackets to mount one on each side of the radiator support.

I honestly did not have any problems except I had to adjust the black bracket up just a little because I guess it moved and I had a gap. Any chance it moved and now it's up a hair too far?

Maybe. Not sure though as the bolt holes lined up and the top edge of the black plastic part was against the body of the truck. Seemed like that’s how it should go I’d think.

My bumper was super easy because there’s barely any of it left. It just clipped back up, luckily.

Make sure nothing is catching on the front of the bumper where it would attach under the grill. I remember it was tricky to get it all back after I tilted it down because different pieces wouldn’t be back up in place.0B25F3C3-8D76-41F3-BEAE-9BFDE571FE30.jpg

Everything seems fine except for this bottom portion that’s keeping the rest from lining up properly. Not sure what to do here. FBA5BC77-8E28-43F9-B7D3-3C80BBDA4AEE.jpg6AB374B3-4FA3-4E7A-83A0-7215789810B2.jpg

You’re not in the clip all the way. Your bumper should be over top of that black “clip”. Might need a good hit to sit back in but it should.

Yeah it should be clipping back up right there and then your flare should clip in over top.

I’m about to just say fuck it and leave a gap. I’ve hammer fisted this thing over and over. It’s not snapping in.

You are going to have to take the flare off to do it most likely. I can’t remember exactly but I’m pretty sure there’s a tab there that holds.

Yeah this. when I did mine the flare tab kept finding its way into the slot in the bumper.

My bumper was also not lining up with the fender liner underneath. It kept going to wrong way, can’t remember if it was over or under the tab.

Once I addressed those , I just slid my hand between the flare and the bumper and kind of bowed / pinched the bumper and slid it up, and it went right in place.

    Hope this helps @dead.fm13

Kevin helped me figure it out. Seems like the middle portion of my bumper was bent inward keeping it from catching. I just bent the plastic back in the right direction and it snapped right back in. I’m smoked for the night now. That one side took me almost three hours. Ugh.
