Just wanted to post about a really positive recent experience.
I've had one of their HID kits on my truck for over 2 years, randomly had a part fail. They got a new part in the mail right away (under warranty), and the post office almost immediately lost it.

After waiting 10 days, I contacted retrofit source. I was driving to and from work in the dark, 1 headlight was not ideal.

Without hesitation they sent out a second replacement, this time through UPS. As luck would have it USPS magically found the original package the same day retrofit shipped the second replacement.

I asked if I could send the second part back, they just told me to keep it as a spare.

Good people. This is my 4th set of HID's through them, will never go anywhere else.

I had excellent customer service with them too,

But had 4 failures in the 1st month.

    1) one of the high beam solenoids failed to work after two weeks.
    2) one of the standard kit HID bulbs stopped working
    3) replaced these with the Philips vsx extreme bulb and one of these bulbs
broke loose from its plastic holder
    4) after having to remove these lights for repairs 3 times one of the locking
plastic wire tabs to the balaster snapped off.

All these parts were replaced within 5 days without any issues.

Since then a year ago every thing has been good tho.
