Rigid duallys vs CB antenna mount

All Pro Pack Rack CVT RTT OME Lift and Dakar leafs

Thinking about running some ditch lights. Wanna try rigid duallys. The issue I for see is that I have a CB fender mount currently. It's not on the hood hinge but forward over the fender on the driver side. My concern is that the hood mounts for the ditch lights might reflect or a lot of light might saturate the CB antenna and spring. Any of you have this setup and of so how was the lighting? Was it affected?
