I just got my light bars and new grille. The grille came with all instructions, but the lower bumper mounts came with no instructions. Any of you other guys install these yet and can help me out? They didn't come with any hardware either. Does anybody possibly have the instructions they could post or a link or something? I know there are plenty of Rigid guys on here. Somebody please help.

Take your front bumper off. The frame horns have the hardware that your going to use. Install the brackets and your light bar. Trim lower bumper valence to fit light bar. I ran a 30" double row LED bar so I had to trim a lot. Run your wires and make it all neat. Reinstall bumper.

    Admire your work. Done

No need to remove the bumper at all. I did mine with it installed. I only removed the nuts that needed to come off and installed the brackets.

Its really a no brainer when you get under there and look around.

Your right for a 30" single row LED bar. Stuffing in a 30" double row LED bar in the lower valence takes a bit more cutting and adjusting. The bumper really needs to come off.

Hope you were able to get it installed. Any pics of the install?
