    lol i did that a few times over as well. my first set of ls460's ran me just over 2k. they ended up not being functional and i tried out 4 or 5 other projectors all in new housings incase i really liked one.

    then my latest fx-r set those bastards where about 1600 lol. i'm an idiot who likes bright lights i guess :D

    my headlights are epic man you would have to drive the truck on a dark road or off road for that matter. my current fx-rs are about 8 lanes at their max 7 lanes of daylight across and color like crazy modded oem ballast brought to 75 watts pushing cbi bulbs.

    Spending money is not that big a deal when you make money. I often hear people discuss things like cost of fuel or tires... if things like that are a financial consideration modding your truck is the wrong hobby. I have about $3500 planned for lighting.

    shit some of these led bars like the big double stack suckers the desert guys run can cost thousands and most of the time they have multiple big bars all over the truck.

    my punk ass retrofit has nothing on that lol

    i paid for the work to be done it took the guy all of 16 hours to do my fx-rs same day service though at his house. you can do it much cheaper if you do it yourself or get one of the tw guys like ant to help you out.
