So i am getting ready for another fun deployment and this time i am going to a perfect place to do nothing but workout. I got serious about lifting at the begining of the year and kept up with it and have seen nice gains so now its time to blow it out of the water. My goal for when i return is to be around 7-10% BF.

For my workouts i am going to loosely follow the Horseman Workout. Loosely i mean i am going to add more running and heavy lifting since the majority of the Horseman is Crossfit style workouts.

I am finally going to get my diet totally under control and i am taking about 50lbs of sups with me.

I am going to try and measure myself monthly and track any gains/losses for the month as well as track 1RM for each lift.

I am really excited about what i could possibly accomplish over the next 7 months and i cant wait to start seeing results. So any input/feedback/support would be awesome.

I will put some before photos up in the next couple days before i leave.

Well the last few days I have really focused on leaning out my diet. Eating a lot of veggies and chicken breast. Just trying to eat clean and not any junk food.
Down to 203lbs over about 2 weeks.

Next round of updates. Doing cross fit about 6 days a week right now. Going to start slowly working in a few running and lifting days each week. I can tell a huge difference in my stamina and strength for the cross fit workouts i am doing. So its nice to see some results.

    17%bf -2%
    5ft10
    202lbs -7lbs
    Arms 13 +.5"
    Bis 15.5
    Calfs 16.5 +.5"
    Thigh 25
    Hips 37
    Waist 38
    Chest 42 +3"
    Shoulders 51 +2"
    Neck 16.5 +.5"

I am pretty surprised at the gains in my chest and shoulders. i really did not expect that but i am not complaining at all. vadesyha_58fd7da410dd2e13dbb188632f68966342618a1f.jpgyquge2ap_8b411e6a2c4aca79153a941cd1510224bd8d7c43.jpg
