Roll N Lock cover with OEM Bed Extender

    I didn't have a Roll-n-lock. I had a bakflip with a Westin bed extender and it fit under it. The Bakflip sat flush with the bed of the truck. If the OEM extender is like the Westin, if it didn't fit you could always cut the ends of the plastic posts so it did fit (it would sit a little lower). I would cut the end that's up when the extender is out so the cut side would be down when sitting in the bed.
