What did you have to cut? Mine fit without cutting but I have a 1st gen. If you cut a notch in the tower make sure you gusset that shit.

I'm 4wd and it is just a little notch for the hose. You think that should have a gusset?

Oh yea I see. I would def stregthen it before you bash it. They say to add strength to the mine and its not even cut. Most people say the secondary shock hoop works well. It mounts to the top of that tower so it adds stregth to the coil mount too. Im new at all this too but that is what I have got from the experienced people here

I think its because on the 4wd you have to have the lower spring plate on your shock higher to clear the driveshafts. Look at the difference on the lower shock on yours and mine. I think the 2nd gen 2wd is like mine

I ordered them at san diego truck shop www.sdtruckshop.com

I got all my parts within like 5 days.

I finally got the truck together and took it for a test spin tonight. The front is awesome. Its sitting a little stink bug right now because the lift blocks in the rear, but those will be easy to take out. I'll post pics in the morning!

Here are some of the pics I took on the night before we got the wheels back on. The ones during the day I just took quickly so sorry about the quality. I just got it aligned this morning and its still running great. It is so weird getting out because I am use to the drop the 6" lift gave me. This one doesn't have that anymore.. kinda nice :D

Looks awesome but is that resi mount permanent? It looks like those hose clamps are really close together
