    Just bought it!!!
    When you put any long tube headers or remove / delete the front 2 catalytic converters the truck will throw a check engine light. This will simulate that the converters are still there and turn off the check engine light. I had Doug thorley long tube headers on my truck and this kept my check engine light from coming on.

    Oh that's awesome. So that you can pass smog inspection? I'm in California so keeps from having to switch out every two years.

    I've never lived anywhere that required smog. These trucks have 4 converters. I would think with only 2 you would still be able to pass smog.
