Awesome, thanks for the shots. You think I would run into my topper if I ran it out the back instead of the front
I have an UpTop overland alpha rack. It’s hard to tell if those brackets would hit the aluminum outside piece. I’ll do some more looking at those brackets! Thanks for the info! I appreciate it!

Have you looked into UpTop’s awning brackets? Looks to me like you’d be fine clearance wise:

Sadly, they don’t sell them anymore - it was an REI shade structure with attachable walls.

Maybe you can find one second hand on a gear trading site.

Kelty makes one that looks like it though, with only one sidewall panel, and it’s in stock at REI and like places.

Any chance you snagged some photos of this? I'm shopping for awnings and the 180 is intriguing.

This is the best I have with me now. If you click the link on my build thread there's probably better pics there.

Awesome picture. Did you need the prinsu awning brackets or did it just install without it?

Didnt need the awning brackets - the Slim shade has these Clamp style mounting points that just clamp right over the prinsu cross bars perfectly

I have KB voodoo bars that sit low like yours. I'm considering your option instead of the ARB or Roam 4 FT - just wanted to check in to see if you are still happy with the dome.
