Others have more experience than I, but I have a Martin OR, there is wind noise associated with it, but with a $15 wind deflection strip from Prinsu, the noise is greatly reduced and isn’t obnoxious. Higher side winds can sometimes create more noise than normal. I have also had a Thule rack, and a no name rack at one time. Both had some wind noise as well, to a lesser or greater degree. About the only racks I have seen that don’t have any wind noise are those like the OEM style with the cross braces imbedded in the rails when not in use.

Thanks for putting this thread together! I'm also in the market for one right now as well. Noiseless will definitely be a factor of what I end up with.

I have a sherpa RR and it is relatively quiet. I like it quite a bit. Very nice mounting system as well.

Ordered my bed rack also! Can’t wait.

And to answer the question on this thread, I noticed no significant wind noise difference from running UpTOP than my OEM rack.

I have a prinsu with the rubber strip. No whistling, but it isn't super quiet on the highway... but anything you put on your roof won't be.
