I'm in the market for a RTT.

Which RTT company has the best customer service?

Does anyone have any feedback on what they have experienced in the past?

I would love to support a company that supports its customers too.

Thank you so much for your opinions!

I really love my 23zero RTT. The quality is amazing as well as the features exclusive to the brand. I haven't had to use their customer support, but I've heard great things.

Thank you so much for getting back to me and for your opinions! I am so glad you are pleased with your tent.

Have you ever contacted them on social media? If so, do they get back to you and answer your questions?

If you have not, have you talked to them in the past (over the phone) about questions that you had? How did they handle your inquiries?

I ordered mine through a local dealer so all of my questions were answered by them. I’ve DM’d and tagged them in a few of my posts and they’ve always been super nice

I second 23Zero! I love my tent and have worked with Justin at 23Zero and he has always been great to work with.

23Zero is just up the street from my work, and they're a friendly bunch. I bought one of their awnings, and would buy again in the fitire.

I also have a Tepui RTT and at least under the old management before being bought by Thule, they were great as well.

Thank you so much for your opinion.

I have a friend that has one too. He told me that they have gone down hill since Thule stepped in.

NP. I usual call or email. Usually Justin answers the phone and responds to my emails.

CVT I hear are awesome too. I went with 23Zero due to the size tent I wanted had a smaller foot print than the CVT. I probably would have went CVT if that wasn’t the case. They are in TN and I’m in AL. So would have drove up to pick it up.

I bought it second hand. Was missing the clip and screw for the rain fly. They got it out to me ASAP. They’re store is about 3 hours from me

Also you can get insulated walls for the tent that make it a four season tent

I have seen that a couple of companies offer this too. That is such a great addition!
