Roofnest RTT Feedback Anyone?

Hello everyone! I'm a newbie to TacomaWorld. Has anyone had any experience with Roofnest RTT? I'm in the market to purchase and had practically made my mind up to purchase the Roofnest until I began correspondence with (unfortunately lack of correspondence) the Director of Business Development. I am now leery to purchase due to lack of response from them. I can only imagine if communication is this difficult on the front end, how it would be if any issues (warranty related) should arise. Feedback greatly appreciated!
