    NO SWAYBAR, Spacer lift with dirty4's
    Sick Y-Pipe, being exclusively unique is better for business IMO. I'm on the same path potentially with making a cool item for the 1grfe also :)

    Yes we do. Do you have a shop you are taking your truck to for the vband and flex pipe? I haven’t found one yet.

    Made an appointment with glorifiedwelder .. he is Santa Clarita. But it’s also dependent on getting all the exhaust parts. Amazon won’t ship the high flow cat since I’m in Cali. Worse case ... will add that later. Maybe it’ll be just fine without it :)

    Can glorifiedwelder get one? Should have let me know, I would have welded up the vband, flex, and car so you would only have one cut and weld to install.

    This lip is smoother out all the way around.

    Here it's pretty well blended and ready for sanding. Ports dont need to be polished, shape is the important thing.
    The general rule of thumb for intake ports is a 2 to 3° convergent duct. This accelerates the air toward the intake valve.
    I'm not hogging out the port because I want to keep velocity up in the lower rpm range. Big ports for high end small ports for low end.

    I can’t wait to see and feel this in person, looks absolutely great. Thank you. I mean I love it! It reminds me of all the matching and polishing on my three wheeler and dirt bike engines. I always enjoyed doing that!

    Well if you @jojotoo and @Murphinator have issues and want to send me your vband and flex I will buy the cats, put it all together and ship them off to you guys.
    Or, I have a couple extra v-bands right now so I could order the flexes and cats, put them together for you and you just ship me back the female vband so my v-bands are complete again.
    Then you may be able to just get a 3" to 3" clamp and install it yourself until you get a chance to have it welded.

    That lower intake plenum... is it the steps you are knocking out across the board?

    That reminds me of when I did porting on my old LS2 intake manifold runner assembly on the composite LS2 intake manifold. There was a lot of plastic to remove and it was qork, but there was a HIGHLY notable difference before and after on the canned engine. I could see this being a great thing for us supercharged boys.

    I have a high flow metal spun 3" cat on mine right after the y-pipe but I dont think that helps the Cali folks.

    I have only done it to mine so far. @5thGearPinned lives a couple hours away and wants the "full treatment so we are doing this lower intake maniflod, headers, UCON, catch can, installing resonator (he already has my y-pipe and 3" exhaust with flex pipe and cat) quick change pulley with 2.5, 61lb injectors, porting sc, changing sc oil, and installing 76mm tb.
    It's going to be a busy two days.

    I've already cleaned up and knife edges his tb, ported the lower intake, and opened up his header collectors ro 2.25". They neck down to 2" at the flange for people running the stock y-pipe. I think he will be happy with the results!
