Thanks things must have gotten weaker .

Maybe the sun and heat is part of the problem Which I really don`t encounter like in your area.

Good luck finding something the fixes your problem.

Cut & broke off stuff. Prolific ziptie and tape usage.
Why not just a tall strip of tint at top of windshield? Legal reason or something else you like about visors?

For about $30, i've had a strip about 6 inch tall across the top of windshields in different trucks. 5% is really nice but i like 20% better for seeing lights & signs overhead.

No thanks, I’ll stick to factory crap, my 05 still has originals that haven’t crapped out after years off wheeling and abuse

Whoa! You might be the only one. I keep my registration and insurance in the glovebox, along with the user manual. And a 4/7 hitch pin adapter

I've been called an old soul before

I used to keep them in the glovebox...before I had a vehicle with a visor pocket lol. Now it's easy to not have to dig around for it, and probably looks less suspicious to approaching cops as I like to have my documentation ready by the time they get to my window. now compare that to my motorcycle where I just show the cops pictures of said documentation because I don't wanna carry it around lol.

My third set of those just broke again

    well. Tint strips look crap.
I have light ceramic windshield tint.
But there’s a difference between staring at a rectangle and Rosen when the sun is in front.

as long as that works for you. Storing documents like that usually melts the ink off imprinting onto visor. At least most other vehicles. Apparently not the Taco.
    I keep mine in glovebox.

it says they also get put on fire trucks city buses etc
    Probably cheap at a junkyard
But I think the RV one is bigger than regular so that’s probably what they put in buses and too wide. Unless it’s perhaps trimmed.

yes that is a factor I do see the price.
I’d probably order a set if I happen to stumble upon $300 laying on the ground outside.

would be the coolest guy at the mall meet. Only truck to have them. Shows you’re Serious

so basically I could go through (6) sets of the OEM ones for the price of one set of these?!? 6 OEMs might outlast my 2.7

I definitely know what you mean. But if it happens on mine, I don’t see it since the pocket is also an informational sticker on how to operate some function or other I can’t remember right now. P sure it’s also folded in there. Haven’t had an issue in the hot Southern California sun
