Post a picture, you doing the install yourself?

I've gone to 315's now. I may eventually go back to 285's.

Those are very nice bumpers,no need to spend more ,as the frames on Tacoma's are thin anyway,so you don't need anything heavier .

Im totally happy with it, handles shopping carts like a champ an winched out a few people without issue. They are now modular instead of one piece as well.

Spending more =\= heavier bumper. Spending more gets you better aesthetics, better engineering, better welds, and supporting a made in USA product.

Edit: not knocking the eBay bumper. If that’s what you wanna buy, by all means go for it. It’s your money and your truck.

Nothing wrong with that at all! If it gets you out and on the trails, I’m all for it.

I was just curious bc I had the 4 inch from rough country installed which comes with the 2.5 inch blocks in the rear. But for whatever reason my truck is setting 1.75 inches higher in the front, so I called rough country and ordered the 4.5 to get me setting close to level. Just wondering how it looked on yours. Good looking truck

I just installed a 2.5” RC lift kit on my friends new wrangler last weekend. The kit wasn’t bad, but the brackets in the kit looked really thin to me o_O.Everything bolted up fine and he likes it, so it’s all good.

I've had an RC 6" lift on my rig for several years now and I have no complaints. I'm running 35's I've made some improvements on it such as switching to Vertex shocks and welding in a reinforcement bracket to the 2nd crossmember. Didn't really need it but I did it for peace of mind. I've put it through its paces on the trails and it's held up very well.

How did you fit 16s? I thought the rough country 6in couldn’t run the stock 16s?? I literally have the exact same truck but the 2012 and read that it wasn’t capable. I’m no mechanic so I’m genuinely asking.
