I don't believe its possible unless you run spacers.

Yeah that’s what I originally assumed but the post I read made it seem like it wasn’t a fit at all. I know not everything on the internet is true but $1000 tires for wheels that won’t fit my lift would suck too lol

Pretty sure it says in the instructions that you can’t run anything less than 18” rims. Now keep in mind that is for the front you can still run stock wheels on the rear. So I suppose if you got a front flat you can swap out a rear tire and put the spare on the rear to get home if it wasn’t too far.

Well that’s my confusion. I’m fine with wheel spacers, if that’s what I need to run my stocks so be it. But I’m confused on how he got his stock 16s if the instructions say nothing less than 18.

If you're talking about the OP I highlighted how it worked. 1.5" spacers.

Hey @Taylorbarton1 looks epic. I want to do the exact same thing to my taco. Which lift kit did you get? Yours looks level and great. Is the rear on blocks? My leafs sag too so which AAL did you get? And you were able to do the front with the bilsteins? Thought you had to get special 6in suspension for the lift?

I had the same worries I went 6” with the RC kit with vertex coilovers and reservoirs and honestly my truck has never given me an issue I have 4 “ blocks and an AAL in the back and I love the way my truck looks just make sure you get it done somewhere where they know wtf they are doing. I got mine done at a 4 wheel parts by me but I could tell by talking with the guys they knew their shit plus this 4 wheel parts has all around amazing reviews. I would also recommend JBA UCAs they really go well with this set up or maybe another aftermarket UCA

Thanks! 35s! I didn’t re gear either and ya it can be sluggish (on hills mostly) but it does the trick. I had 16 in wheels before but the RC lift called for 17 in tires and above so I went with 17s and then had to get new tires to fit so I went with 35s

Everything looks great so far. I'm just going to change the steering rack because it got a leak and they told me that it's because I have big wheels. And I want to tell you if your truck is under warranty. If you do anything to it, you will lose the warranty, and this is a very bad thing, but it's all from my experience. He seems lonely so far

You must cut it if your truck is 4x4, but make sure that you cut a good piece and (keep the piece) that you will cut because it is very important and you may need it in the future.

It won't rub if you keep your sway bars connected. Once you remove the swaybar you will rub in turns and articulating. I had 4" blocks on the factory rear leafs and got rid of them and went with All Pro Expedition leafs and no blocks. I had to do the pinch welds, cab mount relocation, trim the lower rear part of the fender and max out my lower control arms forward. I have SPC UCA's so I adjusted the caster through there. Truck drives straight as an arrow and doesn't rub at all on the trails.
