Rough Start Up - Engine Sputtering Video

If it were the pump in the tank, shouldn't I expect to experience other issues related to fuel delivery? Like loss of power, mpg hits, stalling, running rough, or any ecu codes? I have an Ultraguage scan tool installed (to monitor my trans temps mostly); no idea what type of fuel monitoring I can do from it, but I'm all ears if anyone has any ideas on how to read fuel pressures with it/interpret those numbers.

Also to note, I've experienced zero ecu codes; never had any other symptoms other than the hard start/stumble start occasionally and randomly. Don't know if exhaust is related or imaginary to be honest.

 

I'm not sure what ultragauge can do, but you can get Fusion OBD2 phone based app and Toyota PIDs and have a very powerful tool to diagnose your truck. See Fusion thread.
But ideally, you need a scanner with functions to test systems.
