RPM and Engine Temp gauge playing tricks any idea?

Some lights come on like the traction even the abs , I turn off the truck and everything goes back to normal and working. Any ideas why it's doing this?

never found out what it was but not doing it anymore lol

 

Can moisture affect the ground? Because isn't the whole chassis a "ground"?
I'm thinking it was my Ultra Gauge because it wasn't on and it was slightly disconnected from the port so maybe that was causing to act different because not doing it anymore.
