No , I just thought buying the floor liners was a lot easier than removing the seats , ripping out the carpet , moving wires , installing a rubber floor of some unknown description , and re- installing the seats .

    Maybe that's just me . :)

I gotta go with OZ-T on this one. First let me say that my truck is not a work truck - but it is my everyday vehicle. I live in Columbia, MO and they spread black cinders all over the roads every time it snows - so the inside of your vehicle gets pretty nasty. I knew the light gray carpert mats that came with my truck would get filthy - so I did pop for the Digital Fit Weathertechs. They were delivered last week and I have to say I am impressed. They fit exactly. They have the little holes in them so the front mat hooks can hold them in place - but I doubt you even need the hooks - the mats conform to the shape of the floor so well that they would not move. The back seat mat (it is a single piece) doesn't have any hook holes - but it fits very tight and it will not move even with people in back moving their feet around. I know the pictures you can see on the Weathertech webiste shows the mats fit pretty well - but they actually fit even better than I thought they would. I'm sure I could get into my truck all winter with snowy/muddy feet and nothing will get on my carpet - but I would agree it is not like a completely rubber/plastic coated floor that you could remove drain plugs from and hose out.
