Have you been modding it or leaving it alone? I like that body style of the older 4runners. We should have a meet sometime this summer. I haven't hit the trails since Labor Day - I am getting the urge. I have a couple of projects to clean up the Tacoma a little and then I'll be chilling with the mods for a while.

Oh snap! That's awesome. I am trying to get mine to look super clean and fixing some of my installs. I feel like it doesn't look as good as some of the other trucks out there. Not to mention, the truck needs a good detail.

Southern Mississippi doesn’t have much aside from some logging trails. I have hit up some and they are pretty short. If you head to northern Alabama there are some trails - Cheaha State Park 600-1 and 600-2, also Choccolocco Mountain. I really like the Alabama trails because they are close enough and you actually get some rocks and rolling hills. Cheaha is nice cause you can camp on the trails. In Florida you can hit up some of the land that skirts Eglin AFB (you have to get a permit). Eglin is fun but mostly sand trails.

Let me know if you have more questions ☺️

KC HiLiTES FLEX LED SINGLE SPREAD BEAM UNBOXING

First impressions mean a lot, they’re a permanent imprint of what to expect down the road. They aren’t always true but the impact is memorable. My initial impression from unboxing my new KC HiLiTES FLEX LED SINGLE SPREAD BEAMs is overwhelmingly positive. First off, they shipped super quick! I was on vacation thinking they would come by the time I got back, and they were delivered a few days following my order. When I got home and opened up the packaging I was pleased to find it snug and protective. As I opened up to the lights, I found they were organized with very simple packaging. What blew me away was to see the mounting brackets already installed and zip ties included for the install! Every time I have ordered lights in the past (not from KC) the brackets were included but not installed. Let’s just be honest, not all brackets are easy to put on, so this was a nice surprise. But to include the zip ties!? That exceeded my expectation. I am super excited about these lights and I can’t wait to install them this week....they're going on TODAY.

Stay tuned for my review. Ruby has some changes and upgrades happening over the next few months and this is just the start of it. Feel free to email with questions and comments!

Shout out to @Taylor@KC HiLiTES for helping me with this purchase. It was such a pleasant buying experience!

Tomorrow I'm getting 255/85/16 Cooper ST MAXX tires mounted on Ray 10 16x8. No lift installed. Been really unclear whether or not they will rub on an '18 Off Road stock. I have 5100's (front and rear) and OME 888 coils with full medium duty dakars ready to go but i cant install until next week.

Think it will be a problem to put 255/85/16 on 16x8 ray 10's on a stock '18 Off Road (temporary)?

I can’t vouch for the Coopers but I think I’ve read people having success with the Coopers stock on other threads. If you did rub at all it would be with the wheel turned all the way over in either direction, in reverse, or when going over a steep bump.

I think you’d survive the week just fine.

    Check out this thread: https://www.tacomaworld.com/threads/put-255-85-16s-on-stock-or-wheels-and-suspension.491079/

It’s mostly for folks completely stock but it’ll give you an idea.
