    Looking for an easy way to retrofit a 2009 tacoma sport so the running lights come on all the time......

    which basically splice into parking lights hot wire and connecting it to third plug of front signal light socket. But this will turn on your running lights only if you turn on the parking lights.

    if you want running lights to come on all the time, you can connect the wires to an ignition switched line in the engine comparment fuse box instead. You can connect to pin 4 or pin 7 of connector EA1 in the engine compartment fuse box. Its the connector on the upper right side corner if you are looking at your fuse box standing on the driver's side. If I am not mistaken, black wire with red stripe. This is unfused so you must add a fuse.

    those are the easy ways I can think of.
    I suggest you browse around some more, as there are many other ways to do this.
