Running water under dash at startup?

    This started to happen a couple of days ago, as soon as i start the car (only does it cold and warm, not running temp) i can hear water running for no more than 10 secs, then it stops.

    theres no water anywhere i can see, the heater and aircon are not on and the fans only on a slow speed.

    Really weird, whats the go?

    2004 V6 3.4 xtra cab 4x4

    it's the sound of the coolant circulating. it is very prominent in my friends 1990 pickup too. nothing to worry about.
