I am hoping to set up a Mod day for Saturday December 3rd. I have never hosted a mod day before so I may need some help getting all the correct details in here. I live in Roseville, have a 3 car wide driveway and a 3 car garage that we could fit 2 trucks in with room to move around. I do not have any heavy duty tools but I have a vise, an air compressor, jack/ stands and a large hand tool selection. I have 8 years experience doing automotive electrical work so if anyone has lights to wire bring em on. Post if you can make it and what your needing done and I will add you to the list. If you don't "need" any work done then swing by for a beer anyway. I will BBQ a couple tri tips and have a stocked garage fridge. Anyone coming to get work done bringing a side of food or something to throw on the grille would be great also.

I have a long list of things that need to be done it depends on parts and what I get done before then

@jqueener I am doing extended lines up front as well as calipers and rotors unless I do them before

I have a full suspension re do to do everything is ordered on its way so if everything gets here before then ill install as soon as i can but may be doing it here

so put me down for going with possible brakes and suspension

I'd really like to do this, but no idea if I will be able to swing it.

If you end up wanting my Leer cap, could be a good day for me to come up and use all the available muscle to swap it onto your truck.

Could do a full lift if I have all my stuff prepped and ready by then, but I doubt it.

Anyone have welding capabilities for alignment cam tabs? Don't have those yet, either, but seem like to would be easy.

I mayb able to make this. Not sure what the family has in store. @scocar i have a welder and could bring it if I'm there. Or you can hit me up at a later time and we could get it done.

But can you make pretty little stacks of dimes? :D

Thanks man, I really appreciate it. There have been so many times that I've wished I could weld. One of these days....

Well I'm a dick, and I'm used to pain.

I dunno. I've heard so much about how they can flatten out and fuck your alignment like, forever, but have no seriously looked into them yet. I was wondering if the whole LCA has to come out so you don't melt the bushings. If so, fuck it, I'll wait to see if and when I fuck them up.

Peter did all 16 of my stock ones, two were trashed. But not the TC gusset kit which I hear is a much larger pain in the gentleman sausage.

That's what I was referring to, the TC cam reinforcements. Not just laying beads behind tabs which would be way easier.

    Proceed. :anonymous:
