Funniest thing ever. The dispensary near my work had a line out the door yesterday. Today there is a food truck out front. There is never a food truck by my work.

OK so things are going in the right direction, they approved our draft of putting siding on the containers, and we will need a permit if we want to add a roof and they want a gable style roof which is a bit more work than a single slope, but Ill cross that bridge when I get there I guess.
So I DO NOT NEED TO CUT THEM AND MOVE THEM! So relieved about that....I guess I can consider that my Christmas present.

Now I wish I could just start Trump's wall at my house!!

Me too! SO relieved...but yeah I built a Cedar fence thats about 7' high and now hoping the bamboo will start to grow to over 30 ft, then Ill be officially separated from her! Need to plant more bamboo and extend the fence though..

Haha, hope so! That would be great! I changed the route for the chain link, its going to be set back 50' from the centerline of the road, so its starting waaay closer to the street now, I get a lot more of my yard! It actually gets about 50' further than it is now, gonna order all the poles and stuff this week once I get exact measurements. Then I will certainly need some help with that 2 man posthole digger that tried to kill you last time, lol! Damn rock!!

So now I need about another $500 worth of Bamboo to line the cedar fence at the lower tier, but the chain link is more of a priority, I already got it all measured out except the pole lines that run long ways but its going to add another 150+' of fencing, but I will have a massive yard thats enclosed so nobody can come in anymore, tired of getting the neighbors people come over on accident since she sells dogs she gets a lot of traffic. At least the tweekers from across the street havent been back. Cant wait till its blocked off!!

Usually only near places where is snows, like Julian and places like that have the high alcohol content type you need. Or just try calling around to local parts stores, never know who has it.

    Try Walmart.

You aren't going to find meth windshield fluid in ca. My buddy gets the cans of vp m1 for his car by the 5 gallon and mixes it 50/50. When you fill out the form say it's for a boat. Tune it right going to last a long time.

Sounds like a fun starting point. If you are in Temecula ever Downs Energy is a good spot to pick it up. Just call a few days ahead to get it transferred to that location. Could probably check Subi forums to find stuff more local to you.

Temecula isn't that far from me. I'll probably look into them.

    HALLLLLP MEEEEEEEEEo_O

    Long story short:
-Truck sat without a battery for 4-5 months, new battery goes in.
-Still getting P0325/P0330 codes, almost constantly.
-Replaced the knock sensor harness (literally crumbled when I touched it)
-Still getting P0325/P0330 codes, almost constantly.
-Checked/replaced almost every vac and boost line.
-Only getting P0330 codes, still often.
-Replaced IAC check valve (I'm s/c'd, it wasnt sealing).
-Still getting P0330 code, much less often.

The weird part is that now the code pops randomly, such as light throttle ~2.5k in second gear after being at a light, or cruising in fourth but never under WOT or heavy load, which I would think would be the time for it to happen. I've checked plugs, vac/boost lines, looked for things that rattle, cleaned the maf, replaced the fuel filter. I just dont think the actual sensor is bad, given the fact that its random and the other bank went away too.

Anyone have some other suggestions for tracking this knock sensor issue?

Have someone check the sensors with an oscilloscope. That wiring is super sensitive. This is based on the FSM.

I would try converting the Knock sensor to the Chevy type, when I was turbo'ed I had the sensor fail very quickly and happened shortly thereafter again. I ended up converting to a Chevy S10 Knock sensor (which is less sensitive than the Toyota version) and it worked great.

As a side note the connector and the threading into the block is different but by using an NPT brass adapter to make it thread in, the brass will thread into the Toyota block since its brass and soft just slowly go in and out and it will thread itself.

This is a common problem on forced induction motors, the Chevy Knock sensor is much better suited for you application, as long as your harness is good and since you replaced it I would assume its good to go.

However like Mike stated above you may want to take a meter and make sure its got good continuity (the harness) once its plugged into the harness through the ECU. Sometimes the connectors can have a fault as well FYI.

Keep us posted and we will help you get it figured out!

I've seen the threads about people who just zip-tie a chevy sensor to somewhere on the motor but it sounds like you replaced both in the original location? The strangest part to me is the fact I had 2 codes throw and now just one. I think the next step it to test between the ECU and the plug and/or swap the pins to see if the code changes. Even my old harness has continuity despite the plastic plug being destroyed.

Yeah you can but then you can be assured it wont work at all even if it should be pulling timing. However it gives the right resistance for the ECU not to throw a code.
If you can test from the sensor plug all the way to the ECU directly at the harness to ECU connection. Only variable is you arent testing under load, but its better than nothing.
