    So I just tried to make the dual battery tray work again tonight and after cutting some of the top tray I can close the hood and it will latch. Cool!..... Not quite, the hood still sticks up about an 1/8", whatever I can deal with that. Alright so now my dilemma is whether or not I'm gonna dead short the truck out or not

    Both the negative and positive have about 3/16" till they touch the tray. I tried turning it which helped but whe I put my wires on the bolts will still be just as close

    Third thing my stock battery cables aren't going to be long enough

    I'm so sick of this

    I called them an hour or so ago and he said we're gonna straighten this out and get it working, but I don't see it happening. It seems after looking at pictures and what I have, there was definitely a redesign recently and I may be the first one that actually has one :confused:

    I'm to a point I could care less anymore but I'm sitting on two batteries that were meant for this kit and I can't send them back :mad:

    Yup no dual batteries for NC :mad:

    I'm not happy at all I'm gonna pull it off and wait to hear back if I don't hear back I'm just gonna ship the thing back




    Side note I'm taking a lunch break then back to some more welding :cool:

    Bed rack now has tabs for 4 led bars for camp/bed lights and I'm working on the framing for the rotopax can :D

    just run jumper cables over the roof and mount the 2nd battery in the bed! :p



    I was hoping to have my bed rack built for NC but I don't see that happening. oh well.. as long as its ready for moab thats all that really matters. I'm thinking it might be cool to take the small leds off my front bumper and mount them on the rack somewhere, so it'll be cool to see what you end up with.
