    The 3rd gen Tacoma trd offroad model has the actuator inside the third member and it's a bigger ring gear.

    perhaps... I have not seen much positive in the way of +16 plate bumpers yet.

    That's actually awesome but it's a shame there's still to many electronics to fail

    I saw one on our job site the other day it's actually not that bad, I think it's going to grow on everyone like the 2012's did

    How am I not subbed to this bish? Your switches came up again in the "What did you do to your 1st gen today" thread. Not gonna lie, most likely stealing that idea. :X Starting with three switches near the outlets first though.

    Well it's been a while since I've been in here due to work and life and stuff.... So to keep everyone in the loop of what's going on, a lot should be happening in the near future.

    The taco is no longer my DD, so I can now park the truck and work on it at my own pace.

    I also had some time this weekend and wanted to freshen my welding skills since its been quite sometime, so I started building a cart to hold the new millermattic 211

    Here's where I stopped for the weekend. My first idea was to put the welder on top of the tool chest but I may get some more tubing and put a lower shelf at an angle upwards to set it on. With the tool chest on it, it's a lot taller than I imagined. So I might re think it.

    Yeah I mean if you really hate it its a matter of 4 cuts and re-welding. Seems like the whole bottom area is wasted space right now right? Could put a small shelf there to hold magnets and cut off wheels.

    I was looking at my engine compartment deciding on what I wanna do with some stuff, and noticed that my coolant resivor is now rubbing on my alternator. So it's not gonna be too much longer and I'm gonna need a new one.

    Basically I'm ditching the dual batteries in the near future. I'm just fed up with this stupid f****** battery tray, it's caused nothing but headaches. :mad:

    Eh. Id want both batteries in the rig. The trailer can have it own. But no point IMO if you don't have the trailer with you all the time.

    Valid point. Till I finish it and start using it, I may still camp without it from time to time so having it on the truck would be better.
