    Side news got an email saying that the suspension/axle/hubs/brakes shipped today so sometime next week I'll get to look at that.

    My pile of goodies is getting bigger. I'm pretty much ready to roll but this weekend is looking grim on time so it may not get started for a weekend or two.




    Here's a pic of one of the timbrens. They are big and heavy, they're made from lots of 3/8" steel

    Couldn't order the max coupler from the manufacturer since they were out of stock. So I paid 10$ more and ordered it from knight offroad trailers on Sunday. It just came today, highly recommend them.
    Now I just need to start cutting and welding! :anonymous:

    just improvements to the rotational joint on the vehicle side with better lubrication and some subtle changes to improve hooking up the coupler.

    So I started saturday and worked most of the day on the trailer. I changed a few designs on the fly so the frame is taking longer then expected.

    Got a new welder


    Some welds, still getting used to the new welder







    The main frame, right now its 62" x 48" overall will be 72" x 48" with the angled up rear






    And I got one crossmember in before I broke my bandsaw blade


    Also found that Timbren's Quality Control blows……
    This is what my spindles look like…..Gonna have to find out what thats all about.

    Yeah I'm not sure what that's all about. I'm gonna call etrailer at some point and see what they suggest I do. I don't know if I have to go through etrailer or go straight to timbren. It's clearly not a shipping issue, it's a manufacturing issue.
