    That's a rumor. I just read it out of the book. " An offense under this section is a misdemeanor punishable by a fine not to exceed $200." But, if you put your plate on like it's supposed to be, before court, and show the court that you fixed it, they can dismiss it. And you'll probabley have to pay an administrative fee, not to exceed $10.

    So I noticed there is a Houston meet set for this date as well. I'm just letting you know this beach trip is taking priority for me. If we can do both thats awesome, but seeing as the other meet is a mod day....doubt it.
