My day 2 was a shit show. Ngl the Teen Titans did not impress this time out.... Got a group lost on a trail that wasn't open, abandoned three people on another trail (I picked them up with some help) and then threw a fit when I recommended taking G1 back out. They said it would take hours.... So I rally drove it and was out in 20 min.

Then they didn't take our meal tickets. Losers.

So my proposal for the Shakedown is this: we have enough vehicles in our group, plus a few friends (Skip, Chris, Arizona Joe) and the Baldridge crew .... Were def doing full routes and trail rides without Titan. If Land cruiser Joe and Paddy join us, that would be cool. Everyone else can sod off lol

Pulled the engine out of a friend's 1st gen this weekend. Surprisingly we didn't run into any issues at all. Now we just have to wait for the engine20211016_143150.jpg 20211016_190245.jpg 20211017_172551.jpg FB_IMG_1634513834631.jpg

    Thread revival!

Took the skid plates off because I'm gonna be getting the transmission serviced sometime next month, gonna repaint them while they're off and I've been having some shuddering issues and pinging sounds. Turns out I have a bad U-joint. Thanks to @95tojo and @JTFisherman for telling me to check the driveshaft20220222_041735.jpg

Gonna try to get the 1350 series joints because apparently they're beefier and I'm gonna get non-greasable joints this time because apparently those are stronger. That's all I know. Here's a link that should better explain :notsure:
