    Lowered 3/4, debadged, led tails, projector headlights with hids, billet grill, blacked out windows, painted front and rear bumper and grill shell. Inside, 4 crappy 15's, suede wrapped headliner and door panel inserts, alpine double din, few painted pieces inside, and every led is either blue or white.

    What are the issues with the 2012/2013 grills? I read where you (HT) had concerns with the plastic and your specific process. Is that it? If I do not separate the inner/outer and just cut, fill, paint and install the mesh - do you expect any issues?

    First, the 2012 is not a priority for me as I have a very long waiting list for the 05-11 grills I produce.
    I can do them, they are a PITA, and since I do not have a 2012 to test fit them on and there is not an aftermarket part available I do not produce them on a "made to order" basis.
    Once I am comfortable that my prototypes are a 100% fit I will sell them.
    For now I am more interested in creating a DIY mesh kit for the 2012 and up grill.
    You can see in this pic I have a "thin-lip" 2012 prototype that I'm working on:

    What I'm shooting for is a combination of a thin lip style with embossed letters like my sig TRD grill using a "raptor" style toyota lettering.
    If it works it will be pretty badass and also an easier DIY mod.
    Time will tell.;)
