    i dont think so man. All the bondo is dry and is awaiting to be painted tomorrow.

    the only thing ill be missing is the mesh grill, which is scheduled to be arriving at my door on June 4th!!!!

    Hey you probably already know this, but you can just dremel the whole grille surround where those plastic welds are an completely separate the grille. Makes it a lot easier to do bondo and cut out the bars.

    Looking good, but you do realize you could have saved yourself HOURS of labor by using Bondo body filler and not have to mess with any fiberglass or resin right? The results would are also much cleaner and not so messy.

    i suppose i spent about 5 hours total applying both the fiberglass and bondo. i did about 3 coats of bondo

    ^Oh well you live and learn. When I did mine I used Bondo body filler and Bondo plastic hardener applied three coats wet to dry in about an hour.


    Also if you use a Plastic primer (it's a plastic adhesive promoter and primer in an aerosol can) you could have saved your poor hands from having to sand the grill surround lol...
