    Yea I wasn't to set on it at first because the remaining parts I need are the most costly ones. So if I do go through with it it'll probably be a while :eek:

    I love the 01-04 front end so much more than my 99's :D

    looks like you bondo'd the bottom at first and slowly bondo'd the entire inside of it?
    reason to bondo the corners/top ? or am i just a derp.

    i used bondo to fill areas in the entire inner surface of the grill including the bottom area where there was no need for fiberglass.

    i was anal and wanted it as smooth as possible.

    in reality i didnt need to use bondo in those areas you are talking about. the alternative would to sand down until it was smooth.

    also when i was cutting the middle original grill out with the jigsaw i made a few mistakes and made gashes in the inner surface and i needed to fill it bondo
