Scangauge Xgauge - MAF/O2

Does anyone have the necessary codes to begin using my Scangauge to read the mass air flow sensor?

I'm also a bit confused on the O2 sensor readings. I put in the values from the Xgauge website, and am getting numbers on the gauge for both sensors. How do I read these numbers to determine if the sensors are functioning correctly?

I also have the "Not Ready" status under the Scan section. After inputing the command and getting a response, it indicates that the Catalyst Monitor test has not been completed, due to the 3rd number from the end being '1'. I'm wondering if I could be getting closer to finding my problems...
