Are you ever planning on racing the SCORE series down in Baja, Mexico?

    Good Luck!

I started off building for 7sx but after testing with what I thought was a decent setup I realized I had no idea what was going on. The work needed to make stock components survive racing (as per the rules for 7sx) would cost more than converting to a long-travel setup. All the cost with none of the benefits, so I changed to Sportsman so I could build the truck I want to build rather than what the rules dictate.

If I decided to compete in a money/points class it'd have to be an open class like 7 or 6.

My original goal was to race the Baja 1000. It's still the goal, but it's a bit further off after having attended the 2008 race and seeing everything that's involved. Plus, the violence in Mexico was very off-putting. I'm not yet comfortable dragging six figures' worth of junk south of the border.

Wait, so it's off jack stands now.

Good Luck! And keep her on all fours, or with all fours facing the ground.

Not yet, which is the reason I'm attending the Rausch Creek gathering in PA this weekend. It's getting closer though, and will definitely be done in time to test and haul it out to NV!

And Thanks! I'll take all the luck I can get! :)

i might see if i can make it, need a vacation anyways. if my truck is not getting lt in the rear i should be able to go. If you no one else enters your class you should leave it on the trailer since it is used to that and jackstands anyways.:D

And it turns out that there's a limited number of pit passes given out per vehicle. I have 6 but I've only 5 people, so someone's gonna have an opportunity to hang out if they're interested.

Not sure....I think you just have to keep the glowing stuff away from.....something....dam....what was it?........I dont know. Just nod your head, and point at random things. Also, I have found that if you randomly scream an obsenity, and throw your hard hat, stuff happens faster.
