Lost a ball joint retaining clip and the front suspension dropped out at mile 6. I'll have a full write-up once I'm home and have a chance to go over everything.

    Hey Mike,

I saw this thread, and I wanted to know how Primm 300 turned out for you? I do some work with Lexus magazine, and actually had never heard of the of the series until I read a recent article on Joe Bacal, who took to Primm in of all cars a Lexus LX. The story was pretty interesting so i thought I'd ask how your experience was.

Here's the article let me know what you think!

My 2010 race was FAR better than my 2009 race as my vehicle was prepared and tested this time around. Made it almost 50 miles before clipping a rock and cracking my oil pan.

Derek has some great pictures of the event posted in this thread:
    http://www.tacomaworld.com/forum/off-roading-trails/112870-2010-primm-300-a.html

Lots of pics of Joe's Lexus as well. I've spoken to Joe several times and he's one of the most down-to-earth guys you'll ever meet. And he really is an incredibly skilled driver.

My summary write-up from this year is in this post:
    http://www.tacomaworld.com/forum/of...w-score-primm-300-tomarrow-9.html#post2170046

I'll send you a PM with my contact info if you want more details. :)

    -Mike
