Screeching noise when backing up

    So recently I've noticed a high pitch screeching noise every time I apply the brakes while backing up out of my driveway. It only happens in the mornings and goes away after the third or fourth time I brake. Has anyone else had this issue? What is causing this and what can I do to correct it? I have a 2011 TRD sport 2WD.

    So had my rotors resurfaced and new pads installed 8000 miles ago....at 4000 miles is when the squealing started. I inspected the rotors and pads few months back and all looked good. Took it to a shop today to have them inspect and they said all looked well too, but they couldn't tell me what was causing the noise. Am I the only person with this issue?
