So calling them multiple times one day gives him the right to bash? I think not. If it's an issue cancel the order through the bank, and keep contacting all-pro. As it goes for you if you don't like them don't order anything. Simple as that.

To the OP: $20 isn't ridiculous for the distance or the weight of package and shopping on the internet based only on price not giving any consideration to shipping costs is really stupid. Now for the trifecta you get on here bitching w/o ever even talking to them first, did you try e-mail or a PM on this site? Sorry dude but your coming off like a douche IMO.

    Thanks for everyone's support!

To the OP - if you send me a PM with your order info I'll be glad to look into it for you. We only charge what the shipping companies charge us and we pass on our volume discount as well. Our weekly UPS bill averages $5k!

The U-bolt flip kits weighs about 12 lbs and will not fit in the $6-7 USPS small flat rate box, but again, I'll be happy to look into the charges.

    Yes...Talk to them first.

Calling "multiple times on Friday" doesn't mean they don't answer their phones...It could have meant they were in a meeting all day...or closed for a day off...or that the time difference struck and when the OP called three times before the folks at All Pro were outta bed...

I'm going to guess there is a decent reason to explain the contact issue. The shipping thing seems like it's been covered. And despite the few rant threads recently...AllPro has been great about fixing any confusion and making things right. Three sides to every story...

I forgot to mention that we were having reported problems with our phone lines last week and Verizon was looking into it, but it may have just been due to the severe thunderstorms we were experiencing. We were lucky that our electricity wasn't out!

We have 5 phone lines and at least 3 people in the office at any given time to answer them during business hours, and if nothing else, our phone system should still pick up and put calls in "que" and provide an automated recording while waiting for an answer.

If anyone ever has problems getting through by phone, they can always send me a PM or email, and I usually respond within 24 hrs. Thanks!

OME 881 coils with OME nitrochargers shocks up front. TC UCA's OME Dakars with extra leaf in the rear. Warn 8000 winch with 80ft custom braided synth line. Custom 60ft synth extension. All pro tube bumper, Hi-lift jack, Safari Snorkel, Wilco tiregate. 2019 Jeep JLUR.
Ordered an All pro Tube front bumper about 2 weeks ago.
It was $499 and I found out there wasn't any tax on it. Shipping to greenville,sc was $150 ups in 5-7 days. I believe I spoke with Pedro who was very helpful with my order and although I was told it was a bolt up job, I did have to trim 2 little "ears" on both sides of the mount on my "02".
I was very happy when the ups guys showed up and the price for shipping on a what? 70lb bumper seemed fair to me.
I got what I wanted, when I wanted and the quality was outstanding.
Thanks Sarah, Pedro and everyone at All Pro.

You're absolutely right, except we ship everything insured with adds a few dollars, but that's why I offered to look into it. Sometimes when we try to ship USPS it tells us the address provided is undeliverable, so we then ship via UPS.

Thanks Richard! Your item is one of the more costly items to ship because based on the dimensions, UPS bills it at 190 lbs even though it only weighs 70! Yet, compared to truck freight it is still usually cheaper.

Our UPS driver hates us because of all the heavy products we ship! The other day I estimated our driver was picking up over 2,000 lbs of product in one day - SHE wasn't happy and it was over 100 degrees!

So I'm to beleive that this was a positive comment about All Pro? So them trying to pull the whool over their customer's eyes is a good thing in you opinion?

    Right....;)

I own a car audio business and i ship things regularly to california that are much larger and much heavier and cost is around the same. I also get things shiped to me from all over the place. I just feel like 22 bucks for a small part like a flip kit is a high price and it's sketchy business when you charge it to the credit card after the order instead of letting the custom know up front. I tried called them about a dozen times that day and no one ever answered.

While i believe 71 bucks is a high price for a flip kit, i still needed it and i'm glad i bought it i just don't expect to do business with all pro again do to their "higher than then should be" shipping prices.

FYI i don't live in NYC, i live in upstate. The entire point of my post was that 22 bucks for a flip kit is more than it should be and i still feel the same way, nothing is going to change that. I mean the part cost about 50 bucks and your charging about 1/2 that just to ship it. It's not like it weights a lot, and it's relatively small in size.

To people who said call before trashing them.
1.) I'm not trashing them, i just think 22 bucks to ship a flip kit is kind of high. that was the point of my post.
2.) I obviously tried that and they don't pick up their phone. Customer service means a lot to me and when the company does not call me back and does not answer, well I'm about done doing business with you at that point.
