I'm sick and tired of waiting for this damn company to give me REAL options other than "you can keep coming back to try and get the sound/smell/noise/malfunction to re-produce while it's here" so I'm gonna start pushing back at Mazda. I've read up on the CA Lemon Law and since Mazda is giving me NO other options, that's the way I am going to go. My car fits into category 2: ...you have reported a claim more than 4 times to the manufacturer's service department and have directly notified the manufacturer of the vehicle... AND category 3: ...the specified vehicle has been out of service more than 30 days in some amount of time since the original date of delivery...

    Here's my question:
How in the hell do I go about Lemon Lawing this vehicle and would I need a lawyer?
    Then what (else)?

Talk to a lawyer he should be able to guide you through the whole process, show him the records and thats your case.

That's all? Would I really need a lawyer if I can avoid it? It sounds as if it's pretty straight forward to do by ones self.

That I have tried and no luck. Eventually isn't what I was going for either. Hence the title "screw waiting damnit!!!"

make it easy and get a lawyer. They will just laugh at you without one, espically since the economey is so crappy, they dont want to loose any money.

I find this interesting...of ALL of the lemon law websites, every single one has some sort of promotion with a Mazda in it. :p Guess I should've done A LOT more research before buying the crapper.
